1. Data controller

2. Data collected and purposes

• Account data (name, email, hashed password) — account management.
• Billing data (handled by Stripe; no card data stored by us) — subscription.
• Content you enter (keywords, instructions, source URLs) and generated articles — service delivery.
• NeuronWriter key (optional, encrypted) — SEO optimization at your request.
• Technical data (IP address, logs) — security.

3. Processors

Anthropic and Mistral AI (content generation), Stripe (payments), O2Switch (EU/France hosting), NeuronWriter (if enabled). Some transfers outside the EU are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

4. Retention

Account and billing: duration of the subscription, then up to 10 years (accounting obligation). Content: while the account is active. Technical logs: 12 months.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent. To exercise them: rv@dkoop.be. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
